Daily Rates 
All apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and Wifi.
Prices include taxes, bed linen, towels and daily cleaning service.
High season months include December 25th to February. Mid season months include December (until the 24th), March and Easter Holidays. Low season months include from April to September.
In low season we offer 10% discount for stays longer than 3 nights and 15% for more than 5 nights (except long weekends). Please ask for other promotions!
A 50% payment is required to confirm your reservation. This can be done by bank deposit, transfer to the account below or by credit card in US dollars. Once we have confirmed this payment you will be sent a voucher by e-mail that you can print and present when you arrive at Cabo Corrientes Center. You will then be asked to pay the remainder of the total amount of the reservation.
We accept all major credit cards in dollars at the daily exchange rate via google checkout.
We require a credit card or a $200 deposit in case of property damage.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incurr a 10% charge.
Reservations cancelled between 15 to 29 days prior to arrival will be charged for 2 nights.
Reservations cancelled between 15 to 29 days prior to arrival will be charged for 2 nights.
Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

We are located half a block from the ocean, 2 blocks from Varese Beach and 12 blocks from Guemes street.
