Cabo Corrientes Center has been working as a timeshare condominium for more than 25 years. Usually when you buy real estate, you envision an entire piece of property that you own by yourself. You can use it whenever you want and do whatever you want with it. With timeshare, instead of paying full price for the property and owning it yourself, you pay a share of the price. This share allows you to use the property for a certain period of time every year. The rest of the year, the other people who purchased shares get to use the property. How long you get to stay there depends on your share. A 1/52 share will get you one week per year.

At Cabo Corrientes Center you can acquire floating or fixed weeks. Floating weeks can be used at any given time within the season purchased. Fixed weeks can only be used the same week every year. One bedroom apartments allow a maximum of 4 guests and two bedroom apartments allow a maximum of 6 guests. All units include a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, cable TV, wifi, bed linen and towels and daily cleaning service.

All timeshare owners are entitled to pay monthly maintenance fees for low and mid season weeks and annual maintenance fees for high season weeks.

Monthly Maintenance fees starting January 2010:

If you own a floating week you need to contact us in advance by either e-mail or telephone informing us the date you wish to use it so that we can confirm availability and send you the voucher. Maintentance fee must be paid up to the month you would like to travel. When you check in you will have to pay a utilities fee of $200 (pesos) for a one bedroom apartment and $250 (pesos) for a two bedroom apartment.
